The solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with one, one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. The estimate annual demand quantity is 746 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 187 each for the base period. The maximum contract quantity for the life of the contract is estimated 5405 each for the base and option periods combined. The required production lead-time is 133 days after receipt of order (ARO). FOB with Inspection/acceptance at Origin. Option to extend terms of the contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. Unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is of critical application. Surge and Sustainment is required. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
