The NBIS Program Management Office (PMO) is seeking information for potential sources to perform NBIS operational support services (Tier I/II), which principally use the ISO/IEC 20000 Plan/Do/Check/Act (PDCA) methodology to achieve continuous, measurable improvements to the services and utilizing the latest Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) methodology. NBIS requires operational support for the NBIS community utilizing the NBIS suite of software applications and associated infrastructure. This requirement includes all technical activities necessary to, assess, resolve problems and incidents identified as common problems, correlate incidents and problems associated to change management tickets, update tickets with the resolution applied (reason for outage) and escalate unresolvable problems and incidents by routing the ticket(s) to the Tier 3 support vendor or other operational teams providing infrastructure support.
