1.1 The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Requirements and Analysis Office (RAO) is conducting this Request for Information (RFI) in support of a business case analysis (BCA) for Global Orchestrator as part of Software Defined Enterprise to support the Agency's Joint Enablers Portfolio. 1.2 The Global Orchestrator capability will provide the ability to coordinate and automate disparate provisioning, maintenance, cyber and network operations activities and interface with core systems in the DISA enterprise architecture. It will support continuous, automated monitoring and assessment of all orchestration activities across the DoDIN. The provisioning should include compute, storage, network, and network resources (i.e., switches, firewalls, load balancers). The solution shall support UNCLASSIFIED (NIPRNet) and CLASSIFIED (SIPRNet) network integration via Cross-Domain Solution (CDS) and interface with DISA agency tools on both enclaves. The system infrastructure should support provisioning of virtual and physical services and result in a reduction of provisioning time of standard offerings from months to days. Security services, compliance, assessment, monitoring and reporting services must be included in the offering. 1.3 The system shall ensure infrastructure compliance with the Department of Defense (DoD) and agency policy. Identity management of internal and external partner data must be in accordance with policy.
