The purpose of amendment 0003 is to provide the below instructions for requesting a copy of questions and answers in response to Next Generation Load Device-Medium (NGLD-M) pre-solicitation notice ID PL84110004-0001 Draft Request for Proposal. ***A copy of questions and answers may be requested via email submittal to Contract Specialist Yolanda Dixon, yolanda.r.dixon2.civ@mail.mil and Contracting Officer Kevin Poore, kevin.l.poore.civ@mail.mil. Email requests will NOT be accepted after 5:00 PM CST on January 15, 2020.
