The purpose of this notice is to notify contractors that the government has the intent to solicit for this project. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supervision and tools necessary IAW UFC 3-230-1, Change 1, WATER TREATMENT; AFMAN 32-1072, WATER-WELL DRILLING OPERATIONS; ANSI/AWWA Standard A100-20, WATER WELLS; 18 AAC 80, DRINKING WATER, Alaska Drinking Water Regulations or any other applicable military, state, federal and environmental regulations or industry standards not mentioned herein this document to Inspect Well F, Bldg 3427 at the EAFB Water Treatment Facility. The end goal of this project is to ensure the government knows the current condition of the well casing, screen, down pipe any other pertinent equipment or structures necessary for Well F that would enable the government to determine if further investment is warranted The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supervision and tools necessary IAW UFC 3-230-1, Change 1, WATER TREATMENT; AFMAN 32-1072, WATER-WELL DRILLING OPERATIONS; ANSI/AWWA Standard A100-20, WATER WELLS; 18 AAC 80, DRINKING WATER, Alaska Drinking Water Regulations or any other applicable military, state, federal and environmental regulations or industry standards not mentioned herein this document to Inspect Well B, Bldg 3430 at the EAFB Water Treatment Facility. The end goal of this project is to ensure the government knows the current condition of the well casing, screen, down pipe any other pertinent equipment or structures necessary for Well B that would enable the government to determine if further investment is warranted. This would be based off information gathered from the closed-circuit video inspection of the parts of the well deemed necessary for its proper operation.
