NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Air Operations Center (AOC), AFLCMC/HBBA intends to award a sole source Delivery Order to Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC (EMS). EMS is the manufacturer and sole source provider of Prephix Software. After extensive market research AFLCMC/HBBA determined that only the proprietary manufacturer EMS is able to provide this Software to fulfill the requirement. EMS has no reseller or Value-Added Reseller relationships and as such is the only source of the Prephix Software Product. The anticipated Contract Award date is 30 October 2019. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide this Software Product. The deadline date for the submittals is 4 October 2019 at 1200 hours (12:00 PM) Eastern Standard Time.
