Offerors must show they can provide required analysis, testimony, exhibits, schedules, and work papers within 30 calendar days of receiving an assignment; order evaluation reports are due within 25 calendar days of receipt of the regulatory order, and hearing testimony summaries are due at least five working days before testimony delivery. Market analysis deliverables include written reports and slide briefs covering market trends, vendor rate trends, regulatory filings, alternative rate/procurement strategies, and infrastructure/generation developments by region and installation.
