This is a sources sought notice of intent to solicit and award a competitive, small business set aside, Simplified Acquisition commercial contract in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.203. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Fleet Readiness Center at Jacksonville, FL, intends to solicit and award a competitive, commercial, small business set aside Simplified Acquisition Firm Fixed Price contract type for the repair and maintenance of Cryogenic equipment for a base year of Fiscal Year 2024 with four option years. This sources sought is not a request for proposal and is for informational purposes only. This market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible firms capable of providing the service described herein prior to determining the method of acqusition and issuance of a request for proposal. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement.
