This project requires environmental remediation and disposal services for PFAS-contaminated soil at March Air Reserve Base, California. The contractor must provide all equipment, labor, and supervision for safe handling, testing, transportation, and disposal of the soil. Non-RCRA contaminated soil may only be accumulated on-site for a maximum of 90 days. All work must comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including Air Force guidelines.
