The Department of the Navy intends to award a sole-source Basic Ordering Agreement to Rockwell Automation Inc. for the procurement of specific Rockwell material to upgrade a testing environment for software testing on ECS LPD31 & LPD 32. The Government intends to make the award in the 3rd quarter of Fiscal Year 2026. This is a follow-on procurement, and the Navy has identified Rockwell as the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the requirement. While this is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond.
