The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to negotiate and award a sole source Purchase Order to Woodward Inc., Fort Collins, CO for Woodward MicroNet XT hardware inside the XT Full Authority Digital Control (FADC) Local Operating Panel (LOCOP). The Government intends to make an award prior to the end of the 4th quarter of fiscal year 2025. Brief description XT Chassis - P/N: 5453-1219 XT Power Supply- P/N: 5466-1320 XT Processor - P/N: 5466-1324 XT Flex I/O – P/N: 5466-1303 XT Discrete I/O – P/N: 5466-1304 Pursuant to 13.106-1(b)(1), Woodward is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the Navy’s requirements for the specified effort. The proposed award and resulting contract modifications are for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this effort is 6110. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Interested parties, however, may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement. The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this synopsis. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
