The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure a Non-Recurring Engineering services to extend a water lubricated bearing design from LCS 2 class to LCS 5 class, perform bearing design analysis and simulation on a Sole Source basis from Duramax Marine, LLC. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106 (b).
