The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure the services for ASME training courses: Pressure Relief Devices, Applied Shock and Vibration Analysis and Design, Project Management for Engineers on a Sole Source basis from American Society of Mechanical Engineers. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106 (b).
