The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure one (1) Fire Alarm Control Unit (FACU), CFASS MK2, and 100 (one hundred) NS-AOHS-IS combination heat/smoke detector which includes back box, adapter base, shock hardware, and cable glands from Consilium Marine US. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106(b).
