The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to negotiate and award a sole-source purchase order to Waste Processing Technologies for one WP02MIL zero-emissions waste converter. The Government plans to make an award at the beginning of the first quarter of fiscal year 2027. Waste Processing Technologies is considered the only responsible source capable of meeting the Navy’s requirements under FAR 13.106. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability in writing by email to Karen Morris. Information received will be used solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement, and any decision not to compete is within the Government’s discretion.
