THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY to identify sources that can provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, supplies, testing, and supervision necessary to complete all work described below for the Bldg 77H tank farm, which is located in the southwest courtyard of Bldg 77H at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center (PNBC), Philadelphia, PA 19112. In general, the work includes and involves performing general maintenance and repairs in the 77H Tank farm. Major elements of work include the definable features listed below. DEFINABLE FEATURES OF WORK: Work required shall include the following definable features. Exercise tank farm valves; Demolish and remove existing out-of-service level Tank Level Indicators (TLI); Recertification of Tank RVs; General Pump Power and Vibration Checks; Tank Level Measurements (Ultrasonic and Manual), Inspection, and Calibration; Replacement of Pressure gauges; Replacement of Tank Leak Detection Port Ball Valves; and, Leak testing and Inspection of existing Subservice Piping and two (2) Underground Drain Valves. The information provided in the RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The Government has not made a commitment to procure any of the services discussed, and release of this RFI should not be construed as a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. Responses to this RFI will not be considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
