Eagle Passive Active Warning Survivability System (EPAWSS) Sources Sought
The Department of the Air Force is seeking sources to supply the F-15 Eagle Passive Active Warning Survivability System (EPAWSS), an integrated electronic warfare suite for the F-15E and F-15EX aircraft. Interested firms must demonstrate capability to manufacture specific hardware components and possess proprietary technical data, with the system built upon proven F-15 Saudi Advanced and F-35 architectures. Performance must be validated against a minimum of 321 threats in dense environments, with prior testing at the Air Force Research Laboratory and completion of Initial Operational Test & Evaluation. Respondents must have access to classified facilities up to Special Access Program levels and the existing EPAWSS technical data package. No budget or performance location is specified, and responses are due by 1 June 2026.
