Eagle Passive Active Warning Survivability System (EPAWSS) Sources Sought
The Department of the Air Force is seeking sources to provide the F-15 Eagle Passive Active Warning Survivability System (EPAWSS), an integrated electronic warfare suite for F-15E and F-15EX aircraft. The system must be built on proven F-15 Saudi Advanced DEWS and F-35 architectures, with at least 11 of 14 baseline Line Replaceable Units previously tested and fielded. Performance must be validated against a minimum of 321 threats in three dense environments, using 36 RF signal generators at AFRL’s IDAL, with completed IOT&E. Work requires access to classified facilities up to SAP/SCI levels, proprietary technical data, and in-house environmental testing capabilities. Responses are due by 1 June 2026, 1600 ET, with performance location at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio; no budget amount is specified.
