The Department of the Air Force is seeking sources to supply the F-15 Eagle Passive Active Warning Survivability System (EPAWSS), an integrated electronic warfare suite for the F-15E and F-15EX aircraft. Interested firms must demonstrate capability to manufacture specific hardware components and possess proprietary technical data, with the system built upon proven F-15 Saudi Advanced and F-35 architectures. Performance must be validated against a minimum of 321 threats in dense environments, with prior testing at the Air Force Research Laboratory and completion of Initial Operational Test & Evaluation. Respondents must have access to classified facilities up to Special Access Program levels and the existing EPAWSS technical data package.
