The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Eisenhower, GA is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and capability of performing services for the Defense Forensic Science Center (DFSC). Services include to providing forensic laboratory accreditation for the DFSC, which includes the US Army Criminal Investigation Laboratory (USACIL). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the needed services defined in this Performance Work Statement, except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
