This amendment is to post answers to questions received from offerors and to provide access to drawing 13213312C. In order to receive the technical data package, all offerors are required to execute a Use and Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) binding each offeror to the terms and conditions of the agreement and vendors will also need to have access to FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). A copy of the non-disclosure agreement may be found as an attachment to this solicitation titled as "NDA_ W911RQ19R0009". An official authorized to legally bind the company must sign the NDA. Upon execution of the NDA, it must be returned to Gary Richardson by email at gary.richardson4.mil@mail.mil or upload to FBO. Fax copies will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the signed NDA, the technical data will be released via FBO. Your firm must request access to the TDP via FBO in addition to submitting the NDA in order to receive the TDP. Once these requirements have successfully been completed, you will be granted access to the TDP.
