Additional questions are pending and will be posted when available. ------ Product Manager Robotic Autonomous Systems (PdM RAS) Industry Engagement Date: 27 January 2021 Location: Microsoft Teams The PdM RAS would like to invite interested industry representatives to participate in the Tactical Wheeled Vehicle - Leader Follower (TWV-LF) industry engagement on 27 January 2021 from 0900 to 1700 Eastern Standard Time (registration instructions are outlined below). The forum will take place on Microsoft Teams (MS TEAMS) only. Briefing documentation will not be provided outside of the MS TEAMS environment as briefed the day of the event. There will be no fee to attend. The goal of this forum is to provide industry with a brief overview of the TWV-LF emerging Program of Record (PoR) and documentation for supporting Government Furnished Equipment, Software, and Information posted with this notice to beta.SAM.gov. Please prepare to have your software technical subject matter experts in attendance to properly understand the information exchange. Proposed agenda as follows (approx. 8 hours): 1. Intro 2. Brief Government overview of TWV-LF acquisition strategy 3. Government overview of Government Furnished Equipment, Software, and Information 4. Wrap-up All questions shall be submitted to matthew.d.kunkel.2.civ@mail.mil and ebony.d.arnold.civ@mail.mil by close of business 20 January 2021. Reponses to these questions will be provided during the combined Q&A session with all industry partners. The Government will publicly post all questions and answers to beta.SAM.gov after Industry Day. Industry is encouraged to provide its thoughts regarding cost, schedule, and performance requirements for the TWV-LF program especially regarding the planned Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) phase timeline. Post-engagement and within 45 days of Industry Day, contractors are encouraged to sign up for a 60-minute one on one session with the Government. The goal of this one-on-one session is to discuss the Government Furnished Software acquisition strategy and timelines. These meetings are limited to Prime contractors only and will be utilizing Microsoft Teams (MS TEAMS). To register for these sessions interested parties shall follow the registration instructions as outlined below. Meeting requests will be taken on a first come first serve basis. PdM RAS will confirm receipt of each request and will accommodate as many requests as time permits. PdM RAS will provide a date and time for the meeting to each interested vendor. Your company will be required to provide their full names and positions. In the e-mail subject line, please include “RSVP TWV – LF Industry Day”. Notification of meeting time and platform (MS TEAMS) will be sent via e-mail to each company registered. Please monitor the beta.SAM.gov notice on a regular basis for all PdM RAS program updates. In addition, please notify the Government if your company is interested in scheduling a one-on-one with the Government post industry day by providing a separate e-mail with the subject line, “RSVP TWV – LF one-on-one”, including the same registration information as above. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. Participation in the TWV-LF Industry Discussion and one-on-one session is voluntary. The Government will not reimburse the event attendees for any costs associated with participation. These events and the information presented herein will not obligate the Government in any manner. TWV-LF Government Furnished and Software Information will be posted on beta.Sam.gov. Interested parties will be required to have the correct mechanisms in place in order to receive access to Distribution C&D documents.
