Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) intends to issue a sole source solicitation to General Dynamics Land Systems, Inc. (CAGE Code 7W356) for the Cost plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Repair and Upgrade of 546 Improved Fire Control Electronics Units (IFCEUs) and 116 Firm Fixed Price (FFP) New Production IFCEUs. This effort will be sole source in accordance with the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." The solicitation is anticipated to be released on or around 05 December 2019. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 336992. Although it is the Government's intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source, General Dynamics Land Systems, Inc., all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
