This is a non-personnel services contract to provide Vegetation Clearing, Elderberry Shrub Transplanting, Mitigation Planting, and Transplanting/Planting Establishment and Monitoring for the WRDA 16 American River Common Features 2016 Lower American River Erosion Protection Project, Contract 1, Contract 2, and Contract C. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
