This is a service contract to obtain under bridge inspection truck (UBIT) services to permit US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) personnel access to the underside of five bridges within the Sacramento District. The UBIT will be operated by contract personnel and will be used at bridges located at Buchanan Dam, Hidden Dam, and Pine Flat Dam.
