SOURCES-SOUGHT SYNOPSIS Sacramento River Bank Protection Plan, (SRBPP), Mitigation Bank Credits Purchase for Impacts to SR RM 71.3 This is a Sources Sought Synopsis announcement intended for market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers –Sacramento CA. District has been tasked to solicit for and award a contract for Green Sturgeon Mitigation Credits. The services to be purchased include habitat preservation acreage credit for green sturgeon at a conservation bank along the Sacramento River in compliance with environmental statute for future construction impacts to green sturgeon habitat. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of the Small Businesses, 8(a) Small Business, HUBZone, Small Business, Woman Owned, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns that may be interested in performing the contract for the Corps. The type of solicitation issued will depend upon the responses received to this sources sought synopsis. The Government must ensure there is adequate competition among the potential pool of responsive contractors. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this acquisition is 813312. Small Business Size Standard for this acquisition is under $ 15 million. Prior Government contract work is not required for submitting a response under the sources sought synopsis. SCOPE OF WORK: SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK Solicitation Ordering: This solicitation shall not be issued in a hard copy format. The successful offeror is required to register at the System for Award Management website, (www.sam.gov). Sources-Sought Synopsis Date: 1 May 2019 through 7 May 2019 Interested parties should include the following information in their response: •Offeror’s name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address. •Offeror’s interest in making a quote on the solicitation when it is issued. •Offeror’s capability to perform a contract of this scope of work (include offeror’s capability to execute comparable work performed within the past 3 years –a brief description of the contract, customer name, timeliness of performance, customer satisfaction, and dollar value of the project) –provide no more than 3 examples. •Offeror’s CERTIFICATION of 8(a) small business and Business Size, if 8(a). •Offeror’s Dun & Bradstreet (DUNS) Number and/or CAGE Code Interested Offerors shall respond to this Sources Sought Synopsis no later than 6:00 PM (Pacific) on 7 May 2019.
