The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Savannah District, is conducting market research to identify potential parties having interest in and capability of performing construction specialty trade services for the repair to include exterior walls, windows, fire protection, interior walls, doors, insulation, interior finish, finish floors, ceilings, plumbing, HVAC, HVAC controls, electrical, building information systems, site utilities, and parking lot. Includes demolition necessary to allow for the repairs, HAZMAT and asbestos abatement, for Building 399 Sections E & F located at Fort Benning, Georgia. This will be a full design by AE.
