Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Government seeks a third-party logistics (3PL) provider to manage a comprehensive aviation supply chain program. The required services include program management, procurement, domestic and international transportation, supplier management, and quality assurance for airworthiness. The provider must also implement an Electronic Data Interchange for asset visibility and support component repair and fabrication. This is a preliminary notice and not an active request for proposals.
