This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items”, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. The solicitation document PANRSA-20-P-0000 004438 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, Effective 31 May 2018 (updated with Class Deviation 2018-00007). This is a Small Business set-aside, only responses from small businesses will be considered. This requirement is for Repair and Calibration of Anritsu Signal Generator. See the attached Performance Work Statement for the requirement specifications. This is a Firm Fixed Price type contract. Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable, responsive, responsible offeror. Vendors submitting a response to any RFQ that includes a requirement for supplies and/or services that have incurred, or that may incur laps in maintenance support, shall include as part of its response any applicable reinstatement fee(s). The contractor shall repair and calibrate the item(s) of equipment and ship back to the customer in no more than 30 days from the date of contract award. Items shall be delivered to several locations upon completion of calibration and/or repair and shipped FOB Destination to the following locations: 1. Building 6300 Midway Street, Sacramento, CA 95828 5. Building 88039, Logistic Lane, Fort Hood, TX 76544-5061 Early delivery is authorized at no additional cost to the Government. Quotes are due by 5 pm CST Wednesday April 22nd and shall be emailed directly to: marlon.a.ross.civ@mail.mil The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the dated specified for receipt of offers.
