This is a market research source sought announcement for the production and delivery of Side-Facing Multi-Function Operator Seats (SFMFOS) Troop Seat Bars for the UH-60M Black Hawk helicopter. The required quantities include 120 Assembly Tube Supports and 480 Assembly Seat Attachments. The only known approved source is the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Martin-Baker America, Inc., located in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, as the Government does not own the complete technical data packages. Interested parties must have a teaming agreement with the OEM to access proprietary data and must meet all Airworthiness Release criteria.
