AdvM Call for Solutions - Expeditionary Additive Manufacturing (EAM) Systems

Notice ID:PANRSA-26-P-0000040885

The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command is seeking innovative solutions to acquire and deploy three Expeditionary Additive Manufacturing systems at Fort Campbell, Fort Hood, and Fort Bragg. These systems must enable point-of-need manufacturing of structural, environmentally-grade replacement parts, fixtures, and maintenance tooling from digital technical data packages in tactical maintenance environments. The goal is to reduce supply chain lead times for low-demand, non-flight-safety components, mitigate aviation readiness degradation, and minimize aircraft-on-ground downtime. The full call for solutions document, including the problem statement, required attributes, submission requirements, and evaluation phases, is available in the attachments section. Questions may be submitted by email to the designated Army contacts.
