Precision Strike Missile Increment 1
The Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal is conducting market research via a Sources Sought Notice to identify manufacturing capacity and capability for a Precision Strike Missile Increment 1 (PrSM Inc 1) follow-on production contract supporting the STORM Project Office. The effort seeks potential sources able to produce the PrSM Inc 1 missile and pod, a next-generation long-range surface-to-surface ballistic missile compatible with M142 HIMARS and M270 MLRS launchers. Technical data is controlled/CUI and requires SECRET facility clearance, NIST SP 800-171 compliance, CAGE verification, and NISS confirmation; requests for documents must be made at least five business days before the notice closes, with no extensions considered. Required capabilities include manufacturing, reliability and maintainability, facilities and advanced equipment, certifications, digital engineering/open architecture, cybersecurity, personnel and facility clearances, and export-control compliance. All business sizes are encouraged to submit a capabilities statement of no more than 10 pages, addressing capabilities plus Rough Order of Magnitude pricing at various quantities, program organization/resourcing, past missile integration and supply chain experience, and risk mitigation; responses must be unclassified and questions submitted by email.
