The Army Contracting Command, on behalf of Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD), seeks a turn-key solution for modern radar testing, calibration, repair, and overhaul to address a critical capability gap. The solution must support four distinct radar platforms—AN/MPQ-64A4, AN/TPY-4, AN/TPQ-53, and ARTS-V3—and be designed for modularity and scalability to accommodate future systems.
