The vendor must be AAA NAID Certified, which mandates specific employee screenings, a $2,000,000 insurance policy, and audited secure facility and process requirements. All materials must be destroyed using commercial-grade equipment meeting specific particle size standards, with hard drives destroyed by equipment like an Obig-ShredPax AZ-7V or equivalent. Certificates of Destruction are required, with set timeframes for destroying materials after collection.
