The US Army Garrison, Directorate of Information Management Office (IMO), has a requirement to provide ongoing, monthly toner inclusive maintenance for seventy-nine (79) existing Multi-Function Devices (MFD) (network printers/copiers/scanners), for the U.S. Army Garrison on Redstone Arsenal, AL (USAG-Redstone). This contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a 12-month Base Year and four 12-month option years. The Contractor shall provide ongoing toner inclusive maintenance for 79 existing Canon MFD's specified in TE-C. The Contractor is to provide 365 days of continuous coverage for maintenance on the listed equipment if needed. Contractor must provide back-up loaner systems at no cost to the Government if units cannot be repaired within 3 business days dependent on backup printer availability and mission requirements. Contractor will have proper DOD clearances and RSA badges for access on Redstone Arsenal when needed. Contractor will have the ability to provide properly cleared individuals with the ability to obtain RSA Garrison CAC credentials if needed. Contractor must be an Authorized Canon dealer and will provide a minimum of six (6) technicians certified by Canon to perform repairs and maintenance. Contractor will provide a response time of 90 minutes on a down machine if requested. Contractor will maintain an inventory of parts and supplies within a 30-mile radius of Redstone Arsenal. Maintenance will be Flat Rate with no overages. Must include all parts, service calls, repairs, drums and toner. Staples and Paper will be excluded.
