The U.S. Army Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment Activity (USATA) has a requirement to procure one (1) Model 8810A: Angle Position Indicator or equivalent for use on an already existing Ultrax system. This model will be replacing the 8810 unit and improve the workload of the Ultrax whole system. This solicitation, PANRSA-25-P-0000 012796, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone (ACC-RSA) intends to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to BHPE LLC.; 10601 South Western Avenue, Suite 113, Oklahoma City, OK 73170-6215, Commercial and Government Entity Code: 9SWS7. This action is pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(2), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR 6.302-1(c)(2), Brand-name or equal descriptions, and other purchase descriptions that permit prospective contractors to offer products other than those specifically referenced by brand-name, provide for full and open competition and do not require justifications and approvals to support their use. Under the authority of (FAR) FAR 6.302-1(c)(2), this action is directed towards BHPE LLC. The solicitation is issued as a RFQ to BHPE LLC only. A Performance Work Statement (SOW) and any other documents pertinent to the requirement will be provided directly to BHPE LLC in a separate document.
