Purchase Description Procurement of Gas Piston Cylinder The U.S. Army Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment Activity (USATA) has a requirement to procure one (1) Model PC7200-1 Piston cylinder module which will be used to expand USATA’s capability to accommodate the increase in workload. The equipment shall be delivered to USATA’s Enterprise Support Division (ESD), located at Building 5435, Fowler Road Redstone Arsenal.
