The U.S. Army TMDE Activity (USATA) has a requirement to implement a brand name purchase of sixteen (16) Aerosol Neutralizers as life-cycle replacements for aerosol test equipment located at the U.S. Army Primary Standards Laboratory, Building 5435, Redstone Arsenal, AL and at USATA’s TSC-Kaiserslautern Laboratory in Germany. The government has 6 Portacount Automated Test Facility (PATF Benches) which each requiring 2 Aerosol Neutralizers. Also, the Army Primary Standards Laboratory Chemical/Biological calibration laboratory requires 4 replacement Aerosol Neutralizers for its Electrostatic Classifiers.
