The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to survey prospective vendors capable of providing a new Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for the Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) Machine Shop as outlined in the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). Delivery is FOB Destination to the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas 78419. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334513 Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. This acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only. Market research in accordance with FAR Part 10 is being conducted. This is not a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bid. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to make an award as a result of this announcement. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. Comments and/or suggestions are encouraged and can be included in your response. Interested businesses shall provide the following information: 1. Company name, mailing address, cage code, point of contact, telephone number and email address. 2. This notice is designed to locate responsible sources that have an interest and can fulfill all of the requirements.
