The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Clean Harbors Enviernmental Services for the incineration destruction services of performing closed container Government-witnessed burns for classified IT harfdware. The sole source award is made on the basis that that only one contractor facility was within a day driving distance and meet all other requirements. Performance Work Statement and J&a attached.
