SUBJECT: Request for Quote (RFQ) for Five Thousand (5000) TLD Materials in support of U.S. Army Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment Activity (USATA) PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Delivery is required not later than 13 weeks after contract is awarded to the contractor On behalf of the Contracting Officer, please accept this letter as official Request for Quote (RFQ) in support of the requirement described herein. Your company's electronic quote shall be submitted on company letter head inclusive of the following: 1. Technical, delivery and performance specifications in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 001, Product Description. Quote shall include cost breakdown as well as clearly identify the grand total cost. 2. Business size classification and five (5) digit Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code that allows your organization to conduct business with the Federal Government. Please note that CAGE Code must be active at contract award through performance completion. For more information on CAGE Codes please visit https://www.sam.gov. 3. If the opportunity to submit a quote is declined, please provide a "no bid" email response briefly stating the reason for the decline. Responses shall be sent via email to the Contract Specialist identified below. 4.
