Notice of Intent to Award a Firm- Fixed Price Sole Source Contract The Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures to New Millennium Technologies, LLC, P.O. Box 786, Scottsboro, AL 35768-1804. NAICS Code: 541519 Small Business Size Standard of NAICS: $30 in millions of dollars Description: Standard Application Annual License Support and Maintenance Renewal of PMADS 5-user license for PMO ASE, PEO IEW&S. The annual license includes the following: PMADS application, releases, updates, and maintenance; help desk user support; application hosting; and database maintenance support. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2); the supply required by the agency is available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies will satisfy agency requirements. Delivery Terms: The Period of Performance is 12 months from date of award. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice is NOT a request for proposal, a solicitation of offers, or invitation for bid; therefore, there are no solicitation documents. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quote to adrian.t.pritchett.civ@mail.mil, which may be considered by the agency if received by the date below: Responses must be received no later than: 11:30pm CST, 17 May 2021. If no responses are received by the above date and time, a sole source contract will be pursued with New Millennium Technologies, LLC. All responses shall be submitted by email to Adrian Pritchett at adrian.t.pritchett.civ@mail.mil. A determination by the Government to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
