This is not a Request for a Proposals, (RFP). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Negative replies are also sought. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the availability of capable contractors to provide Caterpillar (CAT), Terex, Hyster, etc., Preventive Maintenance (PM), and on-site repair services as defined in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished. The preventative maintenance will conducted according to the equipment manufacturer specifications, and according to the frequency recommended by the manufacturer. The repairs will be conducted on site, and on an as needed basis, according to the government request. For the purposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 – COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT. The small business size standard is $8,000,000. If your firm is capable of requirements described in this RFI, please provide a Capability Statement to Kevin Duffy, kevin.a.duffy4.civ@mail.mil by 16 NOV 20, 12:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. In addition, the following information is requested: (1) Company cage Code, DUNS, name, address, point of contact, telephone number and email address; (2) Any small business status (8(a)), HUB Zone, veteran-owned, woman-owned, etc.) (3) Please indicate which NAICS code(s) your company usually performs under Government contracts In addition, please submit past performance information. Past performance information should include recent and relevant contracts for the same of similar items and other references (including contract numbers, points of contact with telephone numbers, and other relevant information). Information should include at least three (3) contracts, ongoing or completed within the last three years, for like or similar services, held with Department of Defense, other government agencies or private industry. Competition and set-aside decision may be based on the result of this market research. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). The government plans to use the Internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. Hard copies of documents posted on FBO will not be made available.
