The Army Contracting Command – Redstone has a requirement for FMS Albania Puma Systems and associated hardware. The FMS Albania Puma Systems are anticipated to be a sole source, firm fixed price (FFP) contract. This effort is anticipated to include the procurement of six (6) RQ-20B Puma Block AE, three (3) Commercial Code (C-Code) International Digital Data Link (IDDL) (Non USG Interoperable) M3/M4/M6 Systems, six (6) Initial Spares Packages (ISP), seven (7) Reconnaissance, Surveillance, and Target Acquisition (RSTA) Kits with Puma Software, two (2) year Contractor Logistic Support (CLS) in the form of one (1) Push Package, and one (1) Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) New Equipment Training (NET) class. It is anticipated this effort will be awarded by 30 December 2020. The anticipated deliveries for this requirement ends 24 months after date of award. Authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and brand name descriptions. Justification and Approval applies to other than full and open competition basis. This requirement is sole source to AeroVironment (AV), Inc., 900 Innovators Way, Simi Valley, CA 93065-2072. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation. However, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
