The Government envisions a 3PL provider(s) solution to perform program management, procurement of equipment and supplies using Manufactures Part Number, coordination and execution of transportation of equipment and supplies both domestically and internationally, management of suppliers, implementation of an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to provide asset visibility to the Government on status of orders, provide Quality Program/Quality Assurance systems to ensure airworthiness of components, component repair, maintenance engineering, fabrication, qualification testing, logistical and support to delivery of hardware to meet operational and program requirements.
