This is a Sources Sought Synopsis. The US Army Garrison, Directorate of Human Resources.is conducting market research to support the Acquisition Strategy for pick-up and delivery of official mail to administrative offices. This proposed contract will provide planning, measure, control and schedule performance of all central mail facility operations on Redstone Arsenal. The Contractor shall handle security and postal problems that may arise IAW DoD 4525.8-M, DoD 5220.22-M, AR 25-51, AR 25-30, United States Postal Service (USPS) International Mail Manual (IMM), USPS Domestic Mail Manual (DMM) and AR 25-400-2. The Contractor shall comply with the Privacy Act of 1974. The Government anticipates issuing a Competitive 8(a) Small Business Set-Aside, with One 12 month Base Year plus four one year options for a total of five years. The FY is 21. It is requested that interested businesses provide a Statement of Capability, which includes information on company background and past performance, relevant to the requirements stated in this notice. Please provide your company's experience no later than 13 July 2020 3:00 PM CST. Responses should include: a. Company Name, CAGE Code, DUNS, and address of the contractor b. Point of contact including name, title, phone and email address c. Size of contractor, average annual revenue for the past three years and number of employees d. Whether the business is currently classified as a Large, Small, Small disadvantaged, 8(a) and/or Women owned small business, or service disabled veteran owned small business.
