This procurement supports Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), which performs Department of Defense ammunition manufacturing and demilitarization missions. PBA must comply with environmental requirements under the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, RCRA, CERCLA, SPCC, and the Defense Environmental Restoration Program.
