The procurement seeks a contractor for maintenance and repair of the Pine Bluff Arsenal's intrusion detection, electronic entry control, CCTV, and fire detection systems, in accordance with Army regulations. The integrated IDS includes components from multiple manufacturers, so 24/7 maintenance requires a vendor with the depth, technical skills, certifications, and logistics supply chain to service and supply replacement parts. The contractor must be an authorized DAQ certifier and have a NICET IV Fire Alarm engineer on staff to support onsite personnel. Performance will occur at the Pine Bluff Arsenal.
