The end user is Headquarters, First Army located in Rock Island, IL. FOB Destination. The proposed resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island intends to issue this Request for Quote (RFQ) on a sole source basis to Big Bear.AI. Anticipated release date for the solicitation is on or about 8 April 2024 with a closing date of approximately 7 days from the date of issuance.
