Supply Description: Audio/Visual components in accordance with the Purchase Description. This acquisition will be solicited on CHESS, which in accordance with AFARS 5139.101-90, is the mandatory source for commercial Information Technology purchases. The proposed resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island intends to issue this Request for Quote (RFQ) CHESS. Anticipated release date for the solicitation is on or about 11 April 2024 with a closing date of approximately 7 days from the date of issuance. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management in order to be eligible for award. All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
