The Government anticipates awarding a single, Firm Fixed-Price contract to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who meets all the requirements of the solicitation. This requirement will be awarded in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Please see the attached requirements for the UPS. No proprietary data should be submitted in response this request. Any submissions will be considered to be public information. Responses will not be returned. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this request; all costs associated with responding to this request will be solely at the interested party’s expense.
