Contractor shall provide on-site preventative maintenance, calibration, and repairs for the QEF’s Breathing Simulator Pump Module (LM-90-AMBIENT/SN: 200801). These preventive maintenance checks and repair services will cover the following: a. Visual inspection and initial test with data records. b. Initial cylinder leak test. c. Rebuild cylinder with new soft goods and grease (Cylinder rebuild kit to consist of piston seals, rod wipers, bushings, piston wear band, O-rings and cushion seals). d. Pull test all wiring. e. Review initial test data for accuracy and backlash. f. Check and tighten loose fasteners. g. Final performance testing and data recording evaluation. Provide miscellaneous equipment, components, and repair response services for any items not covered under the PM scope for the QEF. Amount to include technician travel time, stay, repair parts, and repair time based on time and material.
